Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Assistant Manager, Company Secretary in our Family Office who is experienced in handling efficient administration works and ensuring the daily operations run smoothly, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and for ensuring that decisions of the board of directors are implemented.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain statutory books of Lee Kum Kee Family and all its subsidiaries, including registers of members, directors and secretaries, and change of registered address when required.
  • Maintain statutory books of family’s private companies when required.
  • Prepare annual returns, resolutions, and other statutory filing and records.
  • Oversee Company Registry policies, monitor changes in relevant legislation, liaise with external regulators and auditors to ensure all companies are in compliance with government regulations.
  • Handle dividend payment and prepare relevant resolutions.
  • Liaise with banks to issue supporting documents for bank account opening and change of signatories.
  • Assist in arranging necessary documents, organization charts, to comply with annual KYC procedures.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing agreements and contracts in relation to the operations of the business when required.
  • Maintain electronic filings of relevant statutory files and legal documents in a systematic manner for easy access.
  • Assist Manager to develop the strategies and work plans to optimize the goals of Family Office.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects or assignments when required.

Education and Experience

  • University graduate and associate member of ICSA/HKICS.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in company secretarial field gained from professional fields.
  • Thorough knowledge of Google apps and other cloud-based softwares.
