Senior HR Manager, Asia Pacific

Our client, a market leader in Electronic Components industry, has an unique opening for talented professional to join.  

Responsibilities:

  • To lead HR functions for Asia Pacific Region.
  • To contribute growth of the business by providing advice and guidance on HR issues and manage the annual budgeting process
  • To design and develop strategies for building leadership capability and retention of key talents
  • To keep the best practices and regularly update for HR market trend, countries labor laws, remuneration package, ensure legal risks are highlighted and mitigated
  • Advise business partners on all aspects of human resources that relate to performance management, employee relations, compensation strategies, policy interpretation, succession planning and recruitment 

Requirements:

  • Degree graduate in HR Management, Social Science, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 10+ years of Human Resources experience primarily in the area of C&B
  • Candidate from multinational company with regional experience is highly prefer
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, Procedures and Practices, and employment ordinance and related legislation, compliance and related requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office with good Excel and PowerPoint skill set.
  • Knowledge in using SAP / Other ERP system will also consider / Experience in implementing HR system will be a Plus
  • Occasional travel is required
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is a MUST. Mandarin is important
  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication and organizational skills to lead project independently
