Our client is a HK raised retail firm with aggressive development across Asia Pacific, and they are now looking for a well-rounded professional to handle the HR Operations and Strategy Development across all 4 offices.

The Opportunity

• Proven knowledgeable in functional HR spectrums from recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training, and organizational development
• An important influencer to key stakeholders in providing HR related consultation and solution
• Manage the entire recruitment process and build a close relationship with managers/stakeholders
• Enhance and develop in HR policy, management process and training to support business strategy
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding process to ensure the best employee experience
• Handle administration work and ad-hoc assignments

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a HR all-rounder
• Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Good PC skills such as MS Office
