Job Responsibilities:

• Assist full spectrum of HR functions and participate in the company-wide policies in human resources and strategic direction of all aspects of human capital in order to compliance with business and legislative requirements
• Assist the Human Resources Manager to develop and implement a broad range of activities in the HR function with focus on HR services including manpower planning, development as well as employee relations and communication.
• Serve as a facilitator to work with different business units to provide effective HR initiatives and people solutions in order to meet their organizational needs.
• Collaborates in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, programs and handle employment issues related to Labour cases and Equal Opportunities disputes

 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ in relevant experience, preferably gained in sizeable companies
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related employment regulations
• Strong interpersonal skill and capable to communicate effectively with all levels
• A good team player and able to work under pressure
• Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability would be a definite advantage 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
