Job responsibilities:

-Reporting to the HR head and functionally work with HR corporate service team in L&D, C&B, Operation
to provide excellent HRBP service in the following areas:

>>People development and talent retention
>>Recruitment and employer branding
>>Performance management and review
>>Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions
>>Employee engagement and retention
>>HR process improvement

Job requirements:

-University graduate in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
-At least 10 years' of progressive human resources with exposure working in multi-national companies
-Demonstrate experience and knowledge in both strategic and tactical HR partnership experience
-Strong analytical and commercial acumen combined with a drive for results and problem solving yet flexible manner
-Proactive, driven and resourceful
-Demonstrate fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
