The Role:

To support our continuous business, we are recruiting an Assistant Manager to provide retail sales and operation support to our 9 POS in Hong Kong. This role will be ideal for candidates who likes to be in an autonomous role, and work alongside a small but close team.

Reports to: Brand Manager, bareMinerals

Responsibilities

• Analyze and explore new sales opportunities to increase competitiveness and sales productivity for new and existing channels
• Develop trust relationship effectively with a portfolio of major external trade partners, and explore new opportunities with business partners
• Ensure attractiveness and smooth execution of sales & promotions activities and new door counter / shop opening to achieve sales target
• Evaluate the effectiveness & efficiency of frontline workflow, content and various supports for future improvement & growth
• Responsible for frontline recruitment, manpower and frontline operations arrangement
• Lead Education Team on strategic development plans and training for frontline
• Collect latest marketing information for further enhancement of the brand
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts
• Handle ad hoc tasks upon request

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 6-8 years solid experience in beauty or retail or business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent analytical capability
• Attention to details, creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving with positive attitude
• High self-motivated, strong leadership and supervisory skill
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
