Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the annual C&B projects including salary review, incentive bonus payout, budgeting, salary surveys & benchmarking, etc.
- Support the overall compensation and benefits operations including payroll calculation, retirement schemes, leave management, benefits administration and tax filing
- Provide support for regular reporting, record management and database maintenance
- Assist in C&B policies and procedures review
- Assist in ad hoc HR related projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources/Business Studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in sizable company in which specialized in C&B is a must
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Detail-minded, strong numerical sense with high accuracy
- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
- Experience in using IPL would be an advantage
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- 6-months contract, target to start from early Apr
