Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls ;
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries ;
• Arrange postage and courier ;
• Greeting visitors access and organize catering ;
• Provide clerical support to the Office ;
• Coordinate with other departments for daily operation issues ;
• Control inventory relevant to reception area ;
• Maintain security awareness for the entrance of the Office ;
• Maintain and tidy the reception area.

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above, welcome fresh graduate
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications including Word , Excel , PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good command of both oral and written Chinese & English ;
• Independent, positive work attitude, well-organized, detailed-minded, able to work under pressure and be a team player ;
• Willing to work outdoor ;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
