Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain monthly leave record and attendance data
  • Provide day-to-day office administrative support e.g. office supplies, equipment & facilities maintenance, permit registration, etc.
  • Perform daily clerical duties including filing, data input and document preparation
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Positive, committed and willing to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
