The Job: 

• Act as strategic HR business partner to provide a full range of quality and value-adding services to internal clients, including manpower planning, resourcing, talent and organization development, employee relations as well as rewards management so as to meet the diverse business needs in a dynamic operating environment
• Responsible for seamless one-stop HR service and support throughout the employee life cycle
• Develop and implement effective workforce and succession planning initiatives
• Plan and organize internal communication and engagement initiatives for designated business units
• Coach and guide team member to deliver HR services and solutions
• Collaborate with functional COEs and other HR business partners to implement corporate policies and initiatives at business unit level
• Take up any ad hoc HR projects as assigned

The Person:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum ofcgained in sizeable organizations, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Candidates from IT or Engineering industry is preferred; Hands-on experience in rewards management and/or HRIS is an added advantage
• Experience in hiring, developing and managing large workforce with technical background is preferable
• A fast learner, analytical, detail-minded with good numerical sense
• Collaborative, outgoing and agile with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Putonghua)
