Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all HR spectrum of the company and subsidiaries.

2. Review, establish and implement HR policies & procedures so as to in line with management guideline and ensure compliance with labour regulation.

3. Process and administer the monthly payroll including the all kinds of special payment, allowance, bonus, MPF contributions and final payment. Monitor the actual vs budget headcount and salary of the company.

4. Process and administer the whole process of salaries tax filing. Handle income tax related issues, including preparing correspondences and calculation of tax equalization.

5. Facilitate and execute the cyclical HR activities in the relevant departments, such as End of Year Process Review, Annual Salary adjustments, Performance Management, Promotions and Succession Planning exercise etc.

6. Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment, and training.

7. Review existing workflow and ensure proper documentation has recorded and approval guidelines are followed.

8. Responsible for writing and processing a large number of documents

9. Any ad hoc assignment.

 

 

Candidate Qualification:

1. Minimum 5-8 years of HR Management and C&B, experience with Chinese company background is a MUST.

2. Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

3. Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. 

4. Well organized, people oriented, proactive and meticulous.

5. Works well independently. Also a good team player with strong interpersonal, excellent communication and influencing skills, plus an open and curious mindset.

6. Detail oriented and experienced in putting together policies & procedures, notices and contracts.

7. Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Chinese Typing.

8. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese. We have high requirements for this

9. Humble, be highly organized and efficient, able to work under high pressure and time limitation, willing to learn and progress, good presentation skills.

10. Immediate available is highly preferred.
