Responsibilities:

• Provide a full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support to a Director of the Group, including but not limited to prepare documents, minutes, calendar management, schedule meetings and coordinate events, travel and hotel arrangement and so on
• Liaise with China Operation offices and support administrative duties
• Provide support to the general office administration and functions of the Group
• Take initiative to work on improving administrative efficiency for the department
• Perform any ad hoc assignments and projects as required by the management
• Occasional travelling to China

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with minimum of 5+years' secretarial and personal assistant experience in serving top management
• Able to handle multi-task effectively and independently
• High proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive, mature, organized and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred
