Our client is a reputable Hong Kong based High-valued asset protection and jewellery manufacturer with business across the China Mainland and South East Asia.  As a part of the company’s growing initiative, it is seeking a right candidate to join our group.

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform daily operations of Control Room (Central Area)
  
• To provide high-quality support for both of internal parties & external customers
• To handle and resolve customers’ enquiries
• To record call orders and arrange technical support for the monitoring &  maintenance service
• To handle ad hoc project and assignment when needed
• Roster: 07:00-15:00, 15:00-2300, 23:00-07:00

Basic Requirements:

• Honest, Genuine, Friendly & Hardworking
• Holder of valid SPP & QAS Certificate is preferable
  
• Familiar with Electronic Systems i.e. Alarm, CCTV/DVR, Access Control is preferable
• Experience in customer service / call centre is preferable
• Good command in Cantonese (basic English and Mandarin is a strong plus)
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel, with basic competency of report writing
• Immediate available preferred
