About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading Chinese corporate banking corporations with strong presence in Hong Kong and China.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide administrative support to the department
• Answer phone calls and greet guests in a professional manner
• Assist in preparing reports and documentations for the Department in Chinese and English
• Prepare presentation materials and schedule various management meetings.
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by Managers

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• At least one year’s experience in sizeable companies
• Able to prepare formal documents in Chinese and can speak fluent Putonghua
• Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Employment will be on agency contract and subject to renewal on yearly basis
