Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct routine operational and administrative work in HR and admin services
  • Must have more than 2 years of employee relationship management experience
  • Assist in handling staff visa application activities and make contact with external parties (such immigration Department)
  • Liaise with external parties on staff benefit administration for Group Insurance, MPF, etc.
  • Consult external official authorities to clarify issues related to Labor Ordinance
  • Update HR records for payroll, leave records, AE, group insurance, staff movement, etc.
  • Answer enquiries on HR daily routine issues from staff
  • Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical supports to HR Managers
  • Assist in ad hoc HR projects as and when required

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Management, Commerce, or Business, preferably major in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 2 years of HR-related experience, preferably in Banking & Financial Services industry
  • Strong supporting and co-operating skills
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
