Our client is a Food services company. They mainly focus on Japanese restaurant. They are now looking for a potential candidate in handling the titled position.

Job Description

- Handle to provide a full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, benefits and employee relations
- Handle Planing hiring plan, Posting on advertisement, screening resume, Arranging the interview, employment screening, prepare report etc.
- Market research in recruitment
- Handle assisting Manager
- Handle any ad-hoc task as assigned

Person specification 

- Bachelor's Degree or above
- At least 2 years Back office or HR experience
‐ Experience of F&B industry in HR is an advantage
- Good command of English(Another branch, Document), N1 level or above level of Japanese(Internal, HQ)
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, Self-driven, proactive
