Job Description
We are hiring Human Resources Manager

Prepare and update staff personnel records

Review and record attendance time sheets

Calculate payroll

Assist in preparing MPF and tax returns for staff

Issue payslips

Provide HR support to staff and answer their queries

Assist in staff on-boarding and employment contract signing

Brief employees on employment contract terms

Assist in office administration

Handle invoices and Traning event

Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements
At least 3 years experience in handling C&B and payroll
Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations.
Positive, detail-minded, well-organized and good team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in Ms. Office with strong Excel skill
