Job Responsibilities:

Assist and support the direct manager in delivering all administrations in an efficient.

Complete daily & specific tasks effectively & efficiently.

Wide spectrum of office administration duties, including office purchasing, workplace and equipment maintenance, quotations and services, vendor sourcing and management, storage management.

Reports preparation and data analysis for management purpose.

Team coordination for timely and quality services delivery.

Occasional outdoor work, whenever necessary.

Perform planned and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

A recognized degree / associate degree in business or related disciplines.

2 years or above working experience in office administration in sizable corporations.

Hands on experience in general insurance underwriting and claims administration is a must

Analytical, detailed-minded, self-initiative, high integrity, positive and persistent attitude, and a collaborative team player.

Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficient command of written and spoken English & Chinese.

Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Chinese Word Processing.
