Responsibilities

-          Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company targets

-          Ensure that the market assigned is effectively covered

-          Collaborate with teams to facilitate in achieving sales and revenue results

Requirements:

-          Degree Holder

-          At least 3 years' of solid experience in business development and account management in recruitment service

-          Solid sales experience such as cold-calling , meeting

-          Proven track record of client base

-          Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close the deal

-          Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese 

-          Experience in financial markets will be an advantage
