A F&B and PRC Manufacturer located in Hong Kong is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Requirements:    

- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines 

- Over 8 years all round HR experience 

- Working experience in F&B and/or PRC manufacturing industry will be an advantage 

- Good command of English and Mandarin

- Proficiency in MS Office application 

- Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong & knowledge of PRC labour regulations

- Multi-tasking skills

- Immediately available are highly preferred 

*Key Responsibilities:  

- Handle all round HR matters in Hong Kong headquarter

- Handle HR recruitment progress from job requirements to draft advertisement, selection and interview arrangement etc.

- Handle full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including monthly payroll, medical insurance, labour insurance, leave management, taxation & MPF administration etc.

- Budget planning for all personnel cost to the senior management

- Travel to PRC occasionally

- Supervise HR Officer/Assistant in Hong Kong & PRC, report to Director

- Salary: 40-45K

- Benefit: 5 days work, 13 months salary, bank holiday, 15 days annual leave, medical & MPF
