Our client, a Japanese bakery chain, is seeking for a high-calibre HR Assistant to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR and general admin function
• Manage employee attendance record and handle both office & stores payroll administration
• Responsible to recruitment process and to liaise with hiring managers and store managers
• Prepare company events such as annual party etc.
• Involve and assist in HR & office projects, such as implement software systems
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in HR and administration field. Candidate who has hands-on experience of using HR system is preferred
• Native level in Cantonese.  Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Willing to learn and accept multi-tasking work.  Familiar with Japanese working culture is an advantage
