Job description

1.Be responsible to make strategy planning for human resource、admin and CSR development;

2.Be responsible to manage the implementation of HR、admin and CSR strategy;

3.Be responsible to establish communication channels and effective incentive policies;

4.Support the development of all business units and lead key projects;

5.Participate in all kinds of human resource、admin and CSR decisions;

6.Management and performance reviews for key positions of all business units.
