Responsibilities

• Search and identify potential candidates through different channels
• Interview and assess candidates base on client’s requirements by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
• Work closely with team consultants to expand candidate pool, verify and update candidate information to database
• Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience working within a in-house or external recruitment environment or client facing function or finance related field is preferable
• Outgoing, proactive, have strong communication skills, quick learner and enthusiastic attitude
• Able to work well to sales targets and in high pressure environment
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Immediately available candidate is highly preferred
• Experience in Sales in hugely beneficial
• Fresh graduates may also be considered
