In the current Recruitment Market, it will be very limited if you only focus on Hong Kong Market.  In W Consulting, we have jobs from Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, PRC, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and many Asean countries.  Due to business expansion, we are seeking for a bright individual to join our team as Recruitment Consultant Trainee to cover the IT and related roles.  In this role, you’ll have exposure to Regional and Middle to Senior jobs with potential of earning higher commission.   

Responsibilities:

• 90% of your time:  Source candidates - including candidate search, cold call, screen CVs, interview arrangement, etc.
• 10% of your time: Provide administrative support to the team such as formatting CV profiles, managing the job advertisement process in various job boards, etc.

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Around 1 to 2 years of working experience with knowledge or educational background in HR, IT and/or customer services functions will be an advantage or those with more experience but Passionate to enter the field of recruitment  
• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and result-oriented environment, and able to cope with pressure
• Proactive, open-minded, creative, and willing to take up new challenges
• Strong organization skills, positive attitude, independent and able to work as a team
• Strong phone skills, willing to make cold calls to candidates, and with good phone manner
• Good at both MS Word and Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills in both English (Fluent enough to communicate with candidates in Asean countries) and Chinese (Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Fresh Graduates and/or holder of iANG visa will also be considered
