Job Description

We are now inviting high caliber candidates to become our team member as Assistant, Business Coordination & Administration.  Come and join us on the journey towards a challenging and successful future. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in various areas, including but not limited to conducting research and preparing presentation with tables and graphics, developing business and marketing strategies, arranging business appointments for Senior Executives.
  • Assist the Office Manager to coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of Office Management.
  • Attend various meetings and ensure all required actions to be executed timely.
  • Keep abreast of industry and market news.
  • Provide support in business related events and ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned from the Management.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing, Business Management or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience, background with a role of project coordination or marketing support is a definite advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills with strong marketing sense.
  • Good organizational skills, proactive attitude and ability to manage multi-tasks with good time management.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Application, especially PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing is a must.
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
