Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting duties including receipts and payments, processing purchase request, data entry and filing etc.
• Handle full set of accounts, process month-end activities and preparing management reports
• Perform assigned administrative duties, clerical support to management etc.
• Liaise with senior management and auditors
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above with formal Accounting Training
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in accounting field
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing and Accounting Software
• Proactive, detail-minded, strong analytical thinking and responsible
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Immediately available is preferred
