Job Description

Our client is a Local institutions. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for high caliber to join their team. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support C&B function, including conduct salary surveys, job matching, and related benchmarking/ analysis 
  • Assist in salary review & bonus process, OT & commission etc  
  • Support MPF, tax, medical scheme administration, system enhancement and process streamlining 
  • Prepare HR reports for management review 
  • Report to HR Manager and support on projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR related discipline 
  • 5 years experience in HR role (C&B)
  • Detail minded and able to take initiatives 
  • Fast paced and able to multi task
  • Good communication skill 
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English 
  • Proficiency in MS office
