Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR services on talent acquisition, compensation & benefit, staff relations, etc
• To work closely with hiring managers and conduct interviews
• Assist in yearly budgeting, salary review and bonus issues
• Manage monthly payroll and benefit administration, maintain staff personnel records
• To compile HR related reports
• Conduct market survey for management review
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
• 4 years relevant experience in the HR field, prefer with sizable company
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded, self-motivated and a good team player
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
