About Our Client

 

Bank Street by Sloane Manhattan is pleased to be appointed to assist our innovative client in recruiting top-notch candidates for their key management positions.   Our client is a promising and leading fintech company which was granted a virtual banking license by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) lately.  This virtual banking corporation shall bring innovative services, new customer experiences and promote financial inclusions.  Our client shall access to retail banking markets in the Asian financial hub, including but not limited to, Hong Kong, the mainland China and Asia customers.  Owing to their rapid growth and expansion, our client is urgently looking for the following candidates:

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform payroll administration including income tax filing, salary review, incentive schemes and other reward initiatives
  • Assist in developing and implementing C&B policy and procedures
  • Compile C&B related reports 
  • Ensure HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Provide support to the recruitment team when necessary
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

 Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • 3 years of HR and C&B experience in the banking industry
  • Familiar with employment related ordinances and regulations
  • With knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
