Our client, a well-known bank, is looking for a high caliber to join their human resources function.

Responsibilities:

• Set the direction and strategy to improve communications and employee engagement for the Bank through strategic program planning and implementation.
• Lead the team to manage the bank-wide employee engagement & communication plan and strategy by implementing employee engagement and communication initiatives through different channels and activities (e.g. staff activities, team building activities, employee recognition program, employee engagement survey, quarterly forum, announcements, newsletters, and other staff engagement initiatives,… etc.)
• Develop and implement of corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) initiatives in accordance with the Bank’s core values and management directions
• Promote bank-wide employee communications and build brand pride through online employee portal and quarterly staff forum as well as create platforms to facilitate internal communications to increase employee engagement and obtain feedback from employees

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of engagement or communication experience; solid experience in employee engagement or internal communication is a must; exposure in banking or financial institution is preferable
• Knowledge and experience in developing staff engagement, communication & recognition activities especially in banking, financial institution or professional industry.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of both Chinese and English (including written, verbal presentation and interpersonal skills)
