Job Description

Responsibilities : -

- Supervise all personnel job duties and responsibilities

- Staff interview conducting and employment contract preparation

- Payroll Calculating

- Staff Attendance Report

- Personnel correspondence issuing and filing

- Staff provident fund, mandatory provident fund and life insurance recordings

- To participate in various ad-hoc assignment

- Handle insurance administration and scheme renewal

- Lead the HR and Administration team for providing full spectrum of HR and administrative services at  Factory in Guangdong area

 

Requirements : -

- Diploma in Human Resources management or above

- At least 8 years relevant working experience

- Well versed with employment related ordinances and HR practice

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing

- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential

- Periodic travel to PRC is required
