Job Description

Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Manage leave and attendance records;
  • Maintain personnel data and archives;
  • Conduct probation and internal transfer management
  • Deal with labor disputes;
  • Provide employee assistance.

Confidential Affairs:

  • Administer company stamps and archives;
  • Facilitate OA processes;
  • Act as a contact point with the Headquarters;
  • Responsible for company-level internal communications;
  • Handle related ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Language, Media, Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with experience in PRC based Financial Institutions
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese report writing
  • Attentive to details, flexible, a good team-player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with good problem solving and time management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
