Job Description
Professional B2B association is looking for Admin Assistant.
- To perform secretarial and clerical support;
- To type, copy and distribute agenda, papers and minutes of meetings;
- To handle complaints and answer enquiries from the public
- To assist in the operation of Helplines maintained by the Department and any work incidental thereto.
- To coordinate in the production of Association;
- To assist in updating and posting information in the website and App; and
- To handle secretarial and clerical duties as shall be delegated.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; HKCEE/HKDSE CHI+ENG lv2 or above
- At least 1 year office working experience;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good telephone manners;
- With event organization experience is preferred; and
- Immediate availability is preferred
