Job Description
Office Receptionist (Luxury Beauty)
Our client is a global luxury group in Beauty & Cosmetics. The Receptionist will be supporting our daily office operations and direct reporting to our Office Administration Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception duties such as greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and coordinating meeting room reservation
- Provide support on office administration e.g. maintaining office facilities & equipment, office suppliers, stationary ordering & replenishment and catering & logistics for meetings
- Maintain tidiness of the pantry, meeting rooms and reception area
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, flexible, detail-minded, and well-organized.
- Able to handle multitasks and work independently
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Diploma holder / Form 5 or above
- 3 years related working experience
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal & communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office e.g. MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
