About the Role

• As the Assistant Payroll Manager and report to the department head. You are responsible to handle C&B functions like salary & insurance review, the case of injured at work, bonus, HR reporting etc
• Responsible for HR policy enhancement in order to meet company standard 
• Develop and maintain HR policy, make sure comply with government regulatory
• Work closely with other department for different HR initiatives 

Requirements

• Degree holder in HR, Business or related disciplines
• At least 6-8 years of experience in C&B, preferable with 3 years in manager grade
• Well versed of Employee's Compensation Ordinance (ECO)
• Solid experience in handle injured at work or intensive payroll will be an advantage 
• Preference will be given to candidate who has Construction or Engineering background
• Strong communication and be a good team player 
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
