As a Concierge Officer / Senior Concierge Officer, you will :-

  • Involve into daily reception operations, greeting VIP guests with professionalism, Output as best as you could to achieve maximum satisfaction from guests; 
  • Coordinate with daily administration & procurement duties, aid a smooth operations in office supplies, equipment & facilities maintenance; 
  • Arrange, stock-take & manage all front-desk resources, such as meeting rooms, refreshments etc.; 
  • Support administration team to handle different ad-hoc tasks on time-to-time basis.

It would be wonderful if :-

  • You are a cheerful & outgoing, creative, highly-efficient & resourceful person; 
  • You have formal concierge, customer services or club house training from hospitality or lifestyle management field;
  • You can fluently switch between Cantonese, Mandarin & English without barrier; 
  • You are ready to wear uniform during performing duties;
  • You are extensively know how to greet your guests and make them feel highly comfortable and welcome;
  • You are ready to work on urgent-demand during Saturday or Public Holiday; and
  • Immediate available or in short notice-period.

You can expect you will :-

  • Work in a grand Grade A office with city & sea-view at same-time;
  • Work under 5-days work weeks, convenient location close to Wan Chai & Admiralty, easily reachable from any district;
