Supervise the daily operations of General Services Team which included the function of purchasing, office cleaning and the operating of canteen service, assist in provide timely and accurate support to internal customer to maintain a committed service standard.

• Supervise the daily operations of General Services Team
• Coordinate and work with the vendor and user departments to maintain the service standard
• Provide guidance to sub-ordinates in setting and achieving the service standard
• Prepare reports on expenses, office budgets and other expenditures
• Implement the best and effective practices in administrative functions
• Assist in the development of policies, objectives and long-term planning
• Organizing special functions and events for the company
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as required

The follow attributes will be valued…

• DSE/ F.6 or above with at least 3 years related experience
• Experience in supervisory level would be definitely an advantage
• Excellent PC knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated to take additional projects and solve problems
• Responsive, good time management and attention to details
• Self-directed and able to work independent
• Immediately available is preferred
