About Our Client & Job Description
Our client, a Japanese well known manufacturer company is now looking for the HR Manager to join the team. The job duties are as followings:
- Provide full spectrum of HR Operation Service to the group
- Support the Management in daily operation
- Support the HRIS implementation
- Handle the translation of the internal documents
- Liaise and support the Japanese expatriates
- Enhance and review the HR operation from time to time
Requirement
- Fluent Japanese, English and Mandarin
- With 5 years experience in
HR management, preferable in sizable company
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, HR practice and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS application
- Independent, patient and good team player
- Good interpersonal skill
