Our client is listed on SGX Mainboard. They are engaged in real-estate related and strategic investments and wholesale and distribution of well-known lifestyle brands. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of Accounts and daily financial reporting (including month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports)
• Assist in preparing and consolidating monthly financial analysis and management reports
• Coordinate with external auditors for interim and annual audits
• Assist in preparation of budget and forecasts, tax reporting, financial and management reporting
• Review and interpret financial reporting requirements, rules and regulations
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
• Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial consolidations
• Experienced in listed companies or MNC would be an advantage
• Good communication and inter-personal skills and good command of English and Chinese
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred!
