Lauris Walton is partnering with a well-established, reputable property / real estate firm with a business presence in HK, PRC, and APAC to seek a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. This role will play a key role in preparing financial and management reports and will support seniors in internal control and process improvements projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, month-end closing for property development projects in PRC
• Review entries from the PRC finance team and ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Compile documents, prepare management reports for business performance review
• Support in internal control and process improvement projects for the finance team to achieve team efficiency and effectiveness

• Degree holder in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with property industry exposure
• Solid experience in financial reporting, management reporting
• Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Enjoy taking up new challenges and experience in various finance projects
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
