Job Description
Lauris Walton is partnering with a well-established, reputable property / real estate firm with a business presence in HK, PRC, and APAC to seek a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. This role will play a key role in preparing financial and management reports and will support seniors in internal control and process improvements projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts, month-end closing for property development projects in PRC
- Review entries from the PRC finance team and ensure accuracy and timely submission
- Compile documents, prepare management reports for business performance review
- Support in internal control and process improvement projects for the finance team to achieve team efficiency and effectiveness
- Degree holder in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with property industry exposure
- Solid experience in financial reporting, management reporting
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Enjoy taking up new challenges and experience in various finance projects
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
