Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting data entry;
• Manage daily accounting duties including A/P, A/R, general ledger, accounts reconciliations;
• Assist in month-end closing;
• Performing fee payments and operating expenses payment frequently;
• Responsible for inter-companies transfer and staff claim reimbursement;
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting or related disciplines. A degree holder is preferred;
• 3 years of relevant working experience; 
• Insurance knowledge is an advantage;
• Hand-on experience in accounting software and proficient in MS Office;
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under tight schedules;
• Meticulous and sensitive to numbers;
• Proactive with good interpersonal skills, committed and responsible;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
