Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operating, including account receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, invoicing, expenses and cheque issuing, etc
• Perform general accounting clerical duties and provide administrative support to daily operation
• Assist in preparing monthly-end / year-end financial reports
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant experience in Accounting
• Proficiency user in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in FlexAccount is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is definitely an advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
