Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for payroll computation, calculation of tax returns, MPF enrolment
- Maintain and update HR system and filing system accurately and effectively; updated employee database include leave and attendance record
- Support C&B functions including benefit administration such as medical insurance and
- Support department head for HR and administration functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff training & development and performance management
- Assist for Payroll Management, Company Administration, Company Policies, Compensation & Benefits services within the company
- Organize and coordinate company events, annual dinners and different kinds of staff activities
- Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience or above
- Diploma or above in HRM or related discipline
- Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other Hong Kong related legislation
- Excellent multi-task skills, able to work with tight deadlines
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and motivation to learn
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
