Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily HR operations, including but not limited to compensation and benefits, recruitment and employee relations;
• Involve in full cycle of recruitment process;
• Handle payroll administration, benefit implementation and taxation timely and accurately;
• Ensure the consistency of HR practices and in compliance with local legislation & company practice;
• Initiate and implement HR projects to improve HR services and administration;
• Prepare regular reports for regional and management review;
• Update and maintain employee records and file HR documents;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree holder of any discipline, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience;
• Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other relevant ordinances, and hands-on experience in HRMS will be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Excel and sensitive to numbers;
• Proactive, organized, agile, high integrity and willing to learn;
• Good at communicating to all levels of employees, from senior management to junior employees;
• Immediately available is preferred.
