Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment selections, benefits administration and organize staff relations activities
• Manage monthly payroll include salary, commission and mpf administration, payslip administration and maintenance of leave records
• Handle disciplinary actions and ensure staff policies are complied with the HK employment laws
• Perform ad hoc HR projects

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 6 to 8 years’ experience as HR generalist
• Familiar with HK employment laws, mpf and taxation regulations
• Able to work independently, proactive, flexible and responsible
• Attentive to details and organized
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediately available is highly preferred
