Responsibility:

• Assist in annual exercise including but not limited to annual salary review & bonus payout, short-term-incentive & long-term-incentive program, salary benchmarking and benefit renewal
• Prepare compensation package proposals for internal mobility and new hires
• Participate in development, review and implementation of incentive related programs
• Review and evaluate existing C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Provide trusted and practical advice to the business and HR teams
• Prepare reports for management review
• Participate in any ad-hoc C&B projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant experience preferably in F&B / Retail industry
• Strong analytical skills and numerical sense
• Responsible, well-organized and detail-minded
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS implementation, previous experience in IPL / Workday is a plus
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
