Job Responsibilities:

• Support the full spectrum of human resources functions: recruitment & selection, staff onboarding & exit, payroll administration, performance appraisal, training & development;
• Support general office administration: procurement of office supplies, facilities management, vehicle license logistic support, etc.;
• Assist the group insurance policy administration;
• Organize staff activities and company events;
• Supervise Office Assistants' work.

 Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the construction/engineering sector;
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Flex HR System will be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, meticulous, industrious, good team player;
• Good command of written English and Chinese;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
