Job Description
- Bachelor Degree in Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of administration experience in Msizable company
- Responsible all-rounded office administrative duties and internal support to the company such as facilities maintenance and operations, assist in organizing regular company activities etc.
- Experienced in communicating and dealing with different departments internally and externally,
- Ability to be flexible, multi-task and meet deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient of MS office, windows and chinese word processing
