Job Description

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related disciplines 
  • Minimum 5 years of administration experience in Msizable company
  • Responsible all-rounded office administrative duties and internal support to the company such as facilities maintenance and operations, assist in organizing regular company activities etc.
  • Experienced in communicating and dealing with different departments internally and externally,
  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin  
  • Proficient of MS office, windows and chinese word processing
