Job Description
Responsibility:
- Responsible for general administrative duties and office support
- Provide support for various programs, events and related activities
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects including Annual Dinner, staff lunch etc.
- Maintain and update HR database
- Other ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- University graduate of any discipline
- 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Good presentation skills and well organized
- Good spoken & written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua an added advantage
- Familiar with MS office e.g. MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge in Peachtree is an advantage
