About the Job

• Act as a Business Partner to provide full spectrum of HR services to BUSUs for business strategies and objectives achievement; HR services include but not limited to manpower review, talent acquisition, performance management, staff engagement, succession planning etc.
• Identify business needs and transform into business solutions with innovative insights.
• Assist in leading and developing junior BPs to deliver HR services in professional manner and being live fulfilled. 
• Embrace changes for HR service excellence and employee journey enhancement coupled with full compliance with Company policies and regulations.
• Keep abreast of current trends and technologies in the labour market and initiate review of HR / industry best practices for potential application in the Group.
• Support and participate in HR initiatives for operation efficiency, service enhancement and employer branding.

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• 8 –10 years’ relevant working experience gained at sizable corporations, 2 years of which in supervisory experience. 
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, PRC Labour Law & other HR-related legislations.
• Team player, service-oriented, good people management and communication skills, strong compliance mind set to mitigate potential risks, detail-minded and well-organized.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
